Scarlet Falling

Feathers of white drop from the heavens a citadel falls to reveal,
Quartz spirals, infinite oceans of century’s embers incandescent fields.
As fourteen candles burn, as tears of ash are laid down.
Feel the violet skies of scarlet falling.
As fourteen candles burn, as you face the ageless dawn.
Feel emotion’s inferno as scarlet falls.

Breathing softly on indigo plains of faltering wide eyed emotional sway,
A dulcet sigh without the fire that burns dusk’s shadow away.
As fourteen candles burn, as all tremble softly,
See the blue fires of scarlet falling.
As fourteen candles burn, as we fade to darkness.
Feel cyan time as scarlet falls.
